Contact Openlywell
Contact Openlywell about editorial enquiries, corrections and feedback. We deliberately do not run an email inbox or social media accounts, so everything goes through the site — which keeps sensitive sexual health information out of general inboxes and off social platforms.
How to reach the editorial team
Ask a question
Questions submitted through the site are de-identified and used to decide which guides to write next. We cannot answer personal medical questions individually.
Report an error
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, our corrections policy explains how reports are triaged, verified and recorded on the page itself.
Need care, not editorial
For symptoms, a possible exposure or anything time-sensitive, use the help page to find the right service. Do not wait on a reply from us.
What we cannot do
We cannot give personal medical advice, interpret your test results, tell you whether a symptom is serious, or act as a substitute for a clinician who can examine you. Those questions need a real consultation, and the help page points to the services that can answer them.
We also do not accept photographs, lab reports or identity documents, and we have no social media accounts — if you see one using this name, it is not us.
